Serving times are from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Spaghetti, with sauce (meat or meatless) salad, rolls and drink. The cost of the dinner is $5.00 per person. Carry outs of 10 or more dinner may be arranged by calling 774-3485 and will be delivered to your location. You may also call 649-1815 for deliveries. Ashton , Ronnie Ford, PHP and James Hertler submitted a report in Chillicothe Chapter #4 Tuesday March 9, 2004. They sited the following background information and use this during deliberations on the subject of a dues increase initiative. The last dues increase was in 1969 when dues were raised from $4.00 to $5.00. That sum was split 50/50, $2.50 to Grand Chapter, $2.50 for Chillicothe Chapter #4. This portion of dues was used to support the local chapter. Grand Text Box: Chapter has now raised its per capita to $5.00 thus leaving no portion of the dues for local chapter activities. Dues for Chillicothe Chapter #4 have not been increased in 35 years. In the last 14 years Grand Chapter has increase per capita 4 times. This article serves as an official notification to all Chillicothe Chapter #4 members that the issue will be discussed and vote on after laying over for 30 days.
