Text Box: A motion was presented November 16, 2006, voted on and passed to request a picture of candidates for Masonry. The investigative committee chairman, in his contact with the candidate to set up the interview, will request the candidate to bring a picture with him on that evening. This picture will be kept in the office of the secretary and remain part of the confidential file. 

A new order for Blue Lodge petitions has been made.  This petition will delete the line calling for the candidate’s social security number will be replaced with a request for an email address.

Text Box: In the tradition of Scioto Lodge #6, a candidate night is scheduled for Monday, March 19, 2007 at 7:00 pm. This meeting, which will be held in the dining room on the third floor, is to acquaint the candidates participating in the 2007 Grand Master's Class, with what is to transpire on Saturday March 31, 2001. 

Communications from the office of the secretary regarding this meeting will be mailed to all first line signers and candidates. Guides, those who will assist in the conferral of the various signs, due guard, grip and word in each of the three degrees are solicited from first line signers when ever possible.  Every attempt is being made to avoid a guide from working with more than one candidate.

Representatives from Chillicothe York Rite, Ross County Shrine/Aladdin Temple Shrine, Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus, and Chillicothe Chapter Order of Eastern Star, will be on hand to brief candidates on their respective Masonic Body.  

Refreshments will be served beginning at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be about an hour in length and a question and answer session will follow. If you have any questions call the office of the secretary. 
Text Box: Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus will have a meeting at the Chillicothe Masonic Temple Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 7:00 pm.  The meeting will be in the third floor dining room and is for all Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus members for the Ross and Pike County area.
